Medication Therapy Management Programs

Our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program helps you and your doctor manage your medications. 

If you qualify for the program, a pharmacist will review your drugs and talk with you about: 

• How to get the most benefit from the drugs you take 

• Any side effects or reactions 

• Any questions or concerns you have 

• Options that may help you save money 

We automatically enroll members in our MTM programs, if you qualify. Participation is voluntary. You can leave the program at any time.
